Soulmovement is pleased to introduce Craig Bartlett(lamerica) to the Soulmovement Family at Månefisken on April 23rd 2005. Definetly not a night not be missed. Craig is one of the leading soulful house djs coming out of England with a consistent night which promotes House music with the concept Lamerica.
On that night the Soulmovement will give an opportunity to Dj Moseley (N) to start up the night. Dj Moseley is "a true supporter of House music and has made the effort to give me cds to check out and I have to truly say I like the vibe and hopefully this can open new doors for him for the future" says one of the arrangers.

Who is Craig Bartlett?
Craig Bartlett began DJing in 1990, being a resident at the only two nights dedicated to house music in Cardiff at the time.
In 1993 when a brand new concept "Spice Of Life" was born Craig was asked to be involved. This night changed the face of clubbing in Wales introducing the city to a wider audience and it also meant that guest DJ's knew where it was, (Cardiff that is).
Craig has since played all over Wales and West including nights such as Time Flies, The Escape in both Cardiff and Swansea, Lakota, Creation, You Are all in Bristol.
Craig has been fortunate enough to travel extensively spreading his Soulful House Ethos around the world at such places as Club 13 and Propaganda (Moscow), Club Terrarium, Bon Bon, Estonia, Poland, the Ukraine and Babylon, Izhevsk, King Karmehena Club, Frankfurt, Denmark, Take 5, D club, Switzerland, Garage City, Soul Heaven and Soul on the Beach for the past three years at the Winter Music Conference in Miami.
In addition to this, over the past Summer seasons Craig has guested regularly at Pacha and the Space Terrace for the Ministry of Sound. Es Paradis, Summun for Garage City, El Divino for Soul Heaven all in Ibiza.
This Summer sees Craig playing exclusively for Soul Heaven and Southport Weekender with dates both in July and September at the awesome new venue Pin Up, Playa Den Bossa.
On not so distant shores Craig makes regular return visits to Derry, Dublin & Belfast (Ireland), Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Plans are afoot to showcase LAMERICA at both the Italian Summer and Miami Winter Music Conferences in 2004.
Back on home turf Craig plays regularly at Fabric, MOS, Turnmills, Blend, Honey Club, Honeycombe Club, Garage City, Hard Times, The Escape (Brighton), CCA, Fez Club, Sounds Heavenly, Slinky, Something Fruity, Thompsons Garage, plus many more.....

Craig along with Helen promote probably one of the best Soulful House Nights in the Country where Craig has played alongside such names as Little Louie Vega, Frankie Knuckles, Roger Sanchez to name but a few.
After several bad experiences massive studio egos and lots of wasted studio time and money, Craig is slowly finding his feet in the stuio and is currently developing his own unique soulful sound. Craig is working on a number of projects and the launch of his brand new imprint "LAMERICA RECORDINDS" is iminent, craig promises a release per month from October with some great local productions and remixes as well as big name established remixes. Craig is certainly FEELIN FINE, so watch this space.
RADIO
Craig produces and presents his very own show every other Thursday on gtfm.106.9. A three hour selection of the finest House available from all over the world where Craig includes up n coming djs as well as established guest mixes exclusively for his show. Craig also guests once a month on the last Friday of each month, on Vibe 101, formerly Galaxy.
